To see rates, select the property from the property pull down menu. You must also select dates and number of people to see the rates. Then fill in your information and click Book Now. For detailed information about each individual property please click on the properties tab above
Additional Charges
Cleaning: $35.00 per stay
Additional Guest fee: $10 per night per guest over 2 people
Taxes: 19%
Security Deposit: $300.00
50%, excluding Security Deposit, is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Security Deposit is due 2 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
